I’ve been a trader for 6+ years
And my most important rule in my trading plan?
Put the mouse down. Step away from the charts. And go make myself a coffee
Now I know that might sound like nothing
But by the end of this email you’ll understand how that’s going to make you PROFITABLE
See, most beginner traders don’t realise that professional traders don't trade all the time.
They have specific times, conditions, and market scenarios
Where the plan explicitly says DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING.
Why?
Because they've learned that some market conditions aren't opportunities in disguise.
They're just chaos wearing a suit.
The first 15 minutes of the London open? Price getting thrown around like a beach ball at a festival.
High-impact news releases? Spreads widen, a two-pip move becomes a fifty-pip hallucination, and your stop loss becomes a suggestion.
Friday afternoons? The institutions have already clocked out.
You're essentially just arguing with other retail traders about where EUR/USD is going, and none of you actually know.
Beginners treat all of this as opportunity.
Every spike. Every candle.
And they do this without realizing most prop firms have restrictions around news trading.
Honestly, it’s stuff like this that made me build Iron Forged
Because knowing when NOT to trade is just as valuable as knowing when to pull the trigger.
And that’s something most trading course leave out
When in reality the traders who get consistent payouts aren't the ones trading the most.
They're the ones who know when the edge isn't there, and have the discipline to wait.
That’s the trader you want to be
And if you want a clear plan on how to get there, get access to Iron forged here
Peace
Atif
