CEO reveals the real prop firm game

Morning,

Some valuable insight for you today,

Recently I made a compelling connection in the prop firm space.

My new friend, this CEO who runs a company that falls under this newer niche concept in the trading space..

He reached out after seeing some of my content.

Said he had something that might interest me.

Usually when people say that, it's not really worth getting into,

But after seeing what he presented to me, this is the exception

He's been studying the prop firm space “implode” for months now.

Seeing traders get burned by fake evaluations, impossible consistency rules, and firms that disappear overnight with your profits.

And when i tell you his team built something..

Not another "strategy" or course.

An actual solution.

The Real Problem

95% of prop firms are using simulated money during evaluations.

They're not testing if you can trade their capital.

They're testing how long it takes to separate you from your evaluation fees.

Think about it - why would they make the rules so complex if they actually wanted you to pass?

15% consistency requirements that punish good trading days.

Overnight holding restrictions on "swing" accounts.

Rules that change after you're already profitable.

It's designed backwards.

What Smart Money Actually Does

Here's where it gets interesting.

While most traders are staring at charts hoping for patterns, institutions are positioning based on completely different data.

CoT reports. Options flow. Fundamental positioning data.

My friend showed me something wild - when commercial traders (the actual smart money) reach extreme positioning in the CoT reports, markets reverse with scary accuracy.

Take the EUR/USD during 2008-2009. Following commercial positioning generated 3,500 pips while technical traders stayed on the wrong side.

Or silver in 2020. While chart readers stayed bullish on "breakout patterns," commercial miners were aggressively shorting. Guess who was right?

The institutions don't follow support and resistance.

They ARE the support and resistance.

Why This Changes Everything For Prop Firms

This approach is different.

Instead of fighting the broken system, his team built trading robots that work within it.

Not some indicator-heavy nonsense.

Actual automated systems that..

  • Trade based on fundamental data (CoT reports, options flow)

  • Using fundamentals allows their bots to truly follow the Smart Money, not just patterns meant to represent it

  • Hold positions intraday to avoid overnight restrictions

  • Trade stock index and gold CFDs by default

  • Due to their swing trading nature, these systems can also be adapted to trade futures - perfect for US-based traders who've been locked out of the CFD prop firm game

  • Spread risk across multiple staggered challenges

The robots run on MT5 but can easily be copy traded to all major platforms.

Which means you're not locked into one system or broker setup.

The Intraday Edge

Here's something most people don't know about institutional trading.

There's a documented strategy where you buy at market open and sell at market close.

Sounds simple, right?

But academic research shows this generates 6.02% extra risk-adjusted annual return on SPY alone.

Why does this work?

Institutional rebalancing, overnight news processing, gamma hedging from options market makers.

And for prop firms?

It completely eliminates overnight holding restrictions while maintaining statistical edge.

The Part That Got My Attention

He mentioned something that clicked for me:

"We only make money when traders make money."

No evaluation fees on their end.

No monthly subscriptions.

No hidden costs.

Just a solution that works, where success is aligned.

And of course, anyway can say that,

But i used it, and it’s true

If I was unprofitable or even just looking to start out I'd be doing everything in my power to understand what he's building and how I can capitalize on it.

If You Want To Look Into It

If you're tired of burning money on evaluation fees or want to see what systematic prop firm passing looks like,

Like I said, if I was to lose it all today and have to restart, I'd definitely look here.

This would have probably saved me a ton of blood, sweat and tears.

A true edge.

Talk soon,
